Yes flashing the task29 in RHODIMG.nbh will work. Just needs to be on root of SD card.

I do this when a phone needs to be returned to a store. (They re-load Original ROM hand it to me (I task 29 via bootloader launch) then I say it reset and won't boot past screen.

But yeah if your USB port is dying and you need to return to a Warranty safe state just task29 from the SD card and you'll be fine.
