just as the previous poster ^ said, if you setup your gmail(google account) in Activesync, it'll automatically sync the pics of your contacts without you having to manually do it. I personally did it so I know and understand your frustration. If you just export the .csv file from outlook and then import it to your gmail there won't be any pics for your contacts. Be it your in Android or WinMo, once you setup your syncing, pics and all data for contacts will be seamless in either os environment. if you need more detailed help just let me know and I'll give you step by step directions.
