Hi all - thanks a lot for checking in. I called customer service this morning and suggested I update profile (all of the resets were probably mucking things up) and it is now working much better....

Well, most of it is. now, if I can only figure out why I cannot pick up calls sometimes (keeps ringing and I slide to answer and nothing happens) A new issue to research
