Now the Q.
1. Can you backup your SPB shell settings so if you want to migrate to a new rom you can restore?
2. I got the 3 home screens set, but now I would like the middle one on the right and the right one in the middle. Can you move a whole screen or do you have to rebuild?

Yes you can backup everything with something like spb backup. then restore when flashing an new rom (Just make sure "Force Rom Update Mode" is checked). As for moving pages around i dont think moving them is possible but i could be wrong! i think there is a setting to choose the default page that might help!
