Yes it is XP, it does also have the drivers for using the phone as a modem.

I tried ##diag# a few times and the phone didn't recoginize any new device. After hitting start nothing happened. Of course when I hit stop, it rebooted the PPC.

I even shutdown Active Sync. The only way I could even get bitpim to acknowledge something is when I put it into modem mode then it ID'd it as a modem of course instead of a phone.

Any help is appreciated.
