I spent some time the other day emailing back and forth with Sprint support. I got very irate with the people that kept responding. I basically asked when the GPS update would be available for my phone. I got a response something along the lines of, "Please go to "(insert mogul direct link here)" and download version 2.09 and see if that doesn't resolve your issue."
Oh, I lost it... So finally, I was told to call them. I called them, and still no one knew what the hell I was talking about... I'm done... This whole waiting thing has really done me in. So, I'm not anticipating it. I canceled TeleNav, and I'm gonna leave it that way until I see this update.
On a much lighter not, I did switch to a SERO plan including:
- 500 Minutes
- Free Nights & Weekends (starting at 7pm)
- Free Mobile to Mobile (Sprint to Sprint & Sprint to Nextel)
- Unlimited wireless data (Sprint Power Vision [I'll be ready for Sprint TV when it comes to the Mogul])
- Nationwide Long Distance
- Nationwide Roaming
- Unlimited Text
All for only $30 a month... Including my insurance, it's $37.00... So... There ya go... Thank god for SERO or I would've been at AT&T's doorstep this weekend.
