Okay so I've recieved a response, network cannot identify a root cause to this issue, they are needing trouble tickets submitted to them for investigation, if everyone that is experiencing this issue please contact Airave Technical Support at (866) 556-7310. Technical support will walk you through support and create tickets if they are unable to resolve your issue while on the call, you can also send me a private message with your ticket number and I can follow the statuses of your tickets from my end, thank you all.
