Sales reps need to be directed to this site so they can get themselves an edjumacation in the field that they are in.
The Sprint reps I saw most recently made me feel like I was at a shady used car lot. I've never seen such high pressure sales. They promise the world and know nothing. I told them opera wasn't flash enabled and they told me it was. I turned on my heel and left him standing there with a stupid grin on his face.
Idiota.
