I'm not sure if you're the right person to ask or not but in the last 25 pages or so, the followers of

have really made a lot of ground working wtih NRG and creating a FAQ. You will see that in Post 6, NRG intended to have this from the beginning.
In post 27712, NRG answered many questions on suggestions
In post 27652, Teradog posted a thorough faq which we all contributed to
I believe the thread is ready for the user maintained FAQ in Post 6... Could you or another admin please create the user wiki there?
