So heres my question. I have TEP through Sprint. Is there something I can do to the phone (not any type of physical damage) to stop making it completely work so sprint gives me a new one without a deductable?

Again, I know this is a but unethical, but I'm tired of having all of these issues.
What rom are you using? Try the 6.1 shipped rom if you haven't. I would bet it is a software issue and a replacement won't do you any good. Run ClearTemp and soft reset once a day and I bet you won't have your issues.
