Flashed the Gratia port from
[ROM-DEV] HTC Sense Froyo Android 2.2.1 (Devs only) - xda-developers and then in an attempt to restore back to stock ran the RUU_Hero_C_Sprint_1.29.651.1_signed_release.exe.
After the official RUU for 1.5 no incoming text's, calls, network location, or network time.
