There is a $300 bounty already over at XDA for HDMI out. The EVO handles HDMI differently than the Droid thats why that program doesn't work. The guy that wrote the app for the Droid doesn't have an EVO that's why he hasn't ported it over. I believe he said if you buy him an EVO he will try to get it working.
