so what makes it any different if you use a plain old usb cord attached to your computer to charge your device. it doens't matter what device it is if it has a usb port on it. its going to work and its going to charge it. there is no difference in the type of usb cord they make to attach to your computer. it uses 5 volts to charge so i dunno what you think it any different about the motorola charger.
