Well IDK what was going on with my phone, but I ended up starting over by wiping everything then re-flashing ROM, Kernal, wiped battery, made sure the DRMs were killed, then instead of running a backup, I re-set up manually. From there, I ran a new backup through Titanium & clockwork.
Problem solved - great battery life now!!!
