The MOST important information for a new Mogul owner to know is...
DO NOT try to upgrade the ROM on your phone until you have read and understand ALL of the information that you can find about upgrading (flashing). If you do not believe this, then go to the Upgrade sub-forum and look at all of the threads about "I bricked my phone...", "I upgraded and now I am stuck at...", "How do I get my phone past the pretty color screen...", etc. Almost all, if not all, of those are due to the user not reading and understanding the original instructions or the dozens of other threads dealing with their same problem.
We all have sore necks from shaking our heads in disbelief every time someone starts a new thread over this.
