What do I have to do? Push all my contacts, calendar, and email to google, and then push google to the phone? I don't want to mix up my emails from the exchange account and the gmail account. I don't want the gmail email on my phone. It also says the tasks won't sync?

Am I missing something?
I think you're missing something about the calendar sync - re: tasks...yeah..you're SOL for now.

Try these steps for calendar and contacts. You should be able to pull email from 1 exchange accounts, so long as you have different email addresses associated with the exchange account.
1. Log into Google Calendar
2. Set permissions for 1 calendar to sync to the virtual Google calendar via email address
3. Set permissions for 2nd calendar to sync to the virtual Google calendar via email address
4. Use ActiveSync to combine both calendars and contacts to your mobile

No need to setup GMail on your device.

I'm essentially saying the same thing as the Horndoctor is saying. This will enable you to combine calendars in one place, then download the one combined beast.
