EDIT #2: If you were using Barin's OSBuilder, you could run a registry check and include provxml's. It will tell you what provxml is overwriting it and what line of the provxml.

Thanks guys. I did a search with Agent Ransack (great tool) and didn't find a provxml. But I saw it in another reg file, when I realized I had a total brain fart. My reg was in decimal, not Hex.
