I am guessing that it is a timebomb in the app. There is a new version here: http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=62863

As soon as I learn Russian I will get this fixed. In the meantime, you can copy the QVGA zip file contents from that link to \Program Files. From there, change this:

  "1"="\"\\Program Files\\PrimeContact.exe\""
I havent tested this, but it should work
