I have a htc mogul that I want to give my son. I don't want the telephone functionality to be active but I want the ability to use the windows funcationality.

Is there a way to permanently disable the phone features while keeping the windows features working?

He doesn't want the phone to work just to play the games that I am planning on installing on it for him.

I'd appreciate any help or information that you can give me.
