You could try using Root Explorer (or a similar app) to manually remove the Sprint crap, but you may run into issues. That and all the custom ROMs already have good battery and other tweaks to make them run better than stock, IMHO.

Ok thanks. I got a ? If i did want to back up this stock rom thats rooted and recovery, will i get it back on a restore if dont like any roms out there. I know it doesnt sound right but i want to see how much i can make a stock rom better than stock
