Re: Info on nand backup and sprint bloatware

In all honesty the easiest way is to root and then flash a custom ROM that has the bloatware already removed. Then install all your apps, setup all your email accounts, ringers, homescreen, etc, then do a NAND backup. Then, if anything happens, you can do a NAND restore and be back up and running in no time.

You could try using Root Explorer (or a similar app) to manually remove the Sprint crap, but you may run into issues. That and all the custom ROMs already have good battery and other tweaks to make them run better than stock, IMHO.
