they are working on it. you have to keep in mind that Android is much harder to develop for than iOS and WP7.

Android has phones with so many different specs and layered so differently, touchwiz, stock, Sense, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 (soon) it's crazy.

iOS and WP7 don't have that, all the phones are very similar as far as specs and requirements and none have 3rd party UIs or other companies writing their own version of the OS.

Give it a little time, Netflix knows how huge an Android app is going to be, but they can't put out a lame product that doesn't work on half the phones.
