Well e-care is a email based dept. You log into your sprint.com account and go to support and find the email link... (http://search.sprint.com/inquiraapp/contact.jsp) try that.. and retention is a hard dept to get to. You have to ask a person to forward you there. best thing to do is sound like you have given up hope and you are ready to cancel your plan and go to another carrier.. this should get you to retention..
