Connect your device to the computer using ActiveSync mode. Remove startup.txt and run the modified haret from the phone. It should be waiting for a connection now.

Unzip haretconsole and browse to the directory using Command Prompt. Now run the console-activesync.bat file and type the command ACL mentioned. It should output a txt log into the folder you just unzipped the files into.
