Oh, whoops. It's part of the original Verizon settings and I must have forgotten to take it out in the carrier cab. Here's the registry entry for it:

EDIT: I checked and I actually didn't forget to include this tweak in the carrier settings. The Arcsoft cab you installed must have that notification enabled. |
This is the wrong SMS delivery notification. The registry value you're referring to makes it so you don't get a confirmation text message from the system administrator, saying that your message was successfully sent.
The one I want to disable is the message box that pops up on the phone after you send a text. I've included a screen shot for reference.
