Try Plaxo to sync your device. I use it on my desktop at work and attached my Google account to sync my contacts, appointments, tasks, and notes. Then use Google Sync on your phone to sync it all up. Works perfectly! PM me if you need assistance with the setup.

Edit: I just saw you're using a Titan, forget the Google part and download the Plaxo client for Windows Mobile. It will do the same exact thing but no "middle man".
