I get the #777 error every now and again as well and it's annoying. It's a different error than the error you get when you try to do phone as modem, though I occasionally get the #777 error when I'm using WmWiFiRouter as well. I think it's something to do with the carrier, you have Sprint as well, I presume? On their end causing an error kickback because it reconnects almost right away with me. But I hate having to dismiss it and it sometimes makes my phone unresponsive for a bit while it's thinking about it. I haven't seen any way to get rid of it permanently though.
