Ditch the atk, it's killing your phone
Things like Facebook, email, and any other app you have that require a data connection will auto start. If you kill it, it needs to start again, if you leave it be, it will sync and hybernate on it's own
Android will auto kill apps not being used. The more you kill, the more battery it takes. The more it restarts after a kill, the more battery it takes. With 2.2 apps auto update
If you are always killing then you could go a year without knowing some of your apps updated 20 times and 6 months withoutetting any email.
ATK kills were pre android 2.0 couldn't handle.
