I get it on 10/25 TOG CHT 2.0 though I have tracked it down to what usually causes it for me----running htc music and about 30 seconds after backlight turns off=SOD for me. As long as I keep the backlight on, no probs. I will change my backlight setting right now and see if I can prevent the sod and report back
