others have already answered but yeah, updates to camera, kernel, framework....
other chefs have put out their rooted version....personally I use the stock unrooted RUU, I like to do the work myself, so I know what has been done....

too many ppl had trouble flashing the sapphire theme, so I wont be making one.....as Iknowsquat said, it's best just to flash the theme on top of my deodexed rom.
