I personally just take bits and pieces from different themes I like, edit .png images, and end up creating my own custom theme. So I edited the new services.jar to allow for transparency. If anyone wants it, here is the flashable version of the updated services.jar with the needed edit.
**Make a Nand backup before using** Also, all themes are different, so I don't know each edit that each dev did to the file. The only edit I did was to make the notification tray able to display transparency.
To use: Flash the theme you want... Then flash the attached services-jar_3.30.651.2.zip.
Last note... Caulkin's Disable USB Debugging Notifcation fix also utilizes edits to the services.jar file. So if you use that, you'll again be reverting to the old file... Hopefully he updates the fix soon.
