If any of you guys are using Conflipper's weather server then that may explain why it's not working. I was and last week it stopped working for me so I un-installed his North America Weather V5 and switched back to the original server.

I am using it and will uninstall, thanks for the heads up.

I did uninstall Conflipper's weather server cab and everything started working and updating perfectly, THANKS
