You can still swap to premier..you just have to order the first time from sprint directly..after you are premium you should be able to order anywhere..EDPR is not premier..and it does not stack with discounts..if you have 4 lines or more is when it makes more sense then sero as a family plan...

110+15+15=140
140/4=35 (with allowing android devices, premier and unlim mobile to mobile)
110+15+15+15=155
155/5=31 (with allowing android devices, premier and unlim mobile to mobile)
