nurse did you look in the settings at all?
if you check "dont force automatic sync" shouldn't that fix it?
the only reason it should happen "Constantly" is if it isnt sent the first time.
example.
1. you sent if from "outlook" yet you do not have an outlook account set up or forced connection fails
2. you have another email set up and your smtp settings are wrong. (outgoing mail)
also when posting a bug please give an example and/ or a full explanation. This way no2chem doesnt spend time diagnosing the problem. thus we get a quicker fix. Hope that helps.. Thanks!
