At first probably but it may be on all carriers...remember one of the problems with the Nexus One was that carriers didn't want to pick it up..only carrier they really got was T-Mobile and AT&T unofficially...but the CDMA carriers denied it...but if Samsung is making it can mean it may be on all carriers...I mean out of all the manufacturers Samsung is probably the only one who can pull it off on all carriers in all countries.

Or maybe if lucky a world phone with hybrid cdma/gsm >.> (and wimax + LTE chip on top lol)
