I think it comes down to apps that have both an apk & odex file, on odexed roms.....but yeah, if a odexed app cannot be re-added, maybe I should add it back in.....I don't think this problem exists in deodexed roms.

it's actually in the
removed apps file on post # 1, the app is called WifiRouter, but it may not work, because it has an odex file w/ the apk....
