No, they are in the rootfs. You'd need to go back a few versions to have it like it was

You can, however, go into "Spare Parts" and re-map the end key to act as a home key under "End button behavior". The only thing you can't do is a long press home key for previously used apps, as it will still bring up the long press power button menu
