Motorola Portable charger P790 works great with my Vogue. So I would not be so bold to say that motorola chargers do not work with HTC devices.
BTW , charger wise the p790 is a nice thing to keep one from being stuck without a phone. I have only used it to charge my phone fully once but it worked, and was still able to charge my bluetooth headset.
