also have another question: after unzip "10.17.10.Plutonium" to the computer, i got three .exe (ROMUpdateUtility.exe, EnterBootloader.exe, and RUUGetInfo.exe), but I could only run ROMUpdateUtility.exe and get the new rom. Here I am wondering whether I still need run EnterBootloader.exe and RUUGetInfo.exe  , when I am trying to run such two exe, it always shows "is not an valid win32 application"

nope, I think those are programs that get called by the update program if needed, you don't need to run any of them.
By the way, most of us have found it much safer and easier to flash directly from the SD card on the phone instead of using that program. Here's a link with a how-to guide (don't worry about the relocking part unless you are returning the phone for repair:

I've probably flashed my phone 50 times or more this way, never had a problem and never had to do all the other crap like clear memory or task 29 or any of the other "rituals" people swear by.
