the oemizer program seems to work great for setting personal settings, email etc...but not well at all for adding registry/apps...at least not for me.

personally, i have been using the info found here: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index...age%20Tutorial

once you get to the "Converting Cabs to Packages with Ervius Package Creator" is where you've hit the real gold mine. it is GREAT.
