BTW I saw the Transform the other day and man is it hideos in comparison to the Epic! Even the keyboard is somehow worse, which is a feat thought to have been impossible just a few weeks ago D:

The "Premium Data" fee is different than the 10$ 4g Device fee..
The "Premium Data" fee was a way for Sprint to get people on Sero and SWAC plans who were paying nothing for their data plans to pay for data.
Users on these plans have to upgrade to a premium plan +10$ AND pay the +10$ fee everyone else pays to have the 4g phones
