I purchased a 1250 SERO plan and phone over 3 years ago to replace my existing 500 F&F plan. I received the new phone with a new number and I contacted Sprint to see if I could port my phone number from my F&F plan to my SERO plan. The first rep said it couldn't be done. However I called back several times and finally found a rep that could do it. It was a confusing process like disconnecting/cancelling both lines of service and then releasing my old phone number (the one I wanted to port) so it could be activated onto my SERO plan. It was awhile ago, so I don't remember the exact details.
Is this a straight-forward process? No. Can it be done? Yes.
