I feel your pain on this one. My last Diamond LCD screen failed so they sent me a refurb replacement. And now I am having the same issue as you, no matter what I throw at it. It will not unlock, lock, update roms. Ugh, I hate the 6.1 OS.
My contract renewal is still 9 months away. God, the idea of having to use this thing til then the way it is has me wanting to break it in half.
What really sucks is that they offered me a Pro 2 in place of but I like the ROM I had in the old Diamond so much that it was the phone I wanted.
