Now I hope you take no offense to this post but to me this post to HTC did seem a bit....well...silly. You made the TP2 seem old with its outdated specs when you posted them side by side with a 7Pro. Obvious TP2 Weaknesses are Resistive touch screen, 3.2 MP camera(No Hardware button or flash), 528 MHz Processor, Less Battery life with Same Size battery, Less RAM, No 802.11n support, I could go on.
And saying how does the 7Pro compare to the Epic?
HTC 7 Pro, Samsung Epic 4G compare results (Phone Arena)
Using the same site you referenced for specs and doing a compare on over 20+ Features I can only find 7 Major Differences with Epic having an overall advantage by 1!
*4g = Epic
Global Roaming = 7Pro
Bigger Screen = Epic
Tilting Screen = 7Pro
Front Faceing Camera = Epic
FM Radio = 7Pro
*Memory = Epic
* Subject to Location if you dont live in These --->
4G:List of current or announced 4G/WiMAX... Markets then they could be considered even. And memory could also be subject as rumors go around saying Sprint may increase 7Pro memory to 16GB and since the epic doesnt have nearly any internal memory if your memory is less than 32GB(expesive since the phone is 250 w/ 2year contract) then your advantage isnt really present.
Im not saying that emailing/posting to them about bettery features is a bad idea but showing them the obviously old version of teh phone then comparing to another phone with VERY similar features and specs isnt really the best thing once compared. Just sending an email with more updated specs would have been more potent to me not taking into the account for cost of the material and pricing tech. Im not going to message Toyota stating how does the Camery compare to the Honda Civic.
Just my thoughts again no offense.
