Not sure I quite understand. Inside the zip should have been a *.cab file. Cab files are much like exe files on your computer, they install a program. When you do this, it will ask where you want to install [device, storage card]. Did you see all of this?

If so, it would have told you it installed correctly. Now it is just a matter of enabling the program. Since this is a plugin, you might check the Settings->Today screen's "items" tab to see if you can click a check mark that will enable it. Otherwise, you m ight check in Start->Programs to see if the program icon is now there. That is another way to access it

[I have never used Ultimate Plugin, but I would assume it is accessibile through one or both of those methods]
