Open File Explorer, go to the EXE on your SD card, press and hold on it until you get the menu to copy. Now browse to Main Device\Windows\Start Menu\Programs (will take a while to load the Windows directory, this is normal). Press and hold until you get the menu to paste
as shortcut. Now it should show up in your start menu.
