Okay, I survived. Called back Friday and asked for a loaner. They indicated they only had flip phones. Called Executive Services who called the store and then I was offered a loaner TP2. Got my replacement phone from them yesterday afternoon and I am back in business. Thanks for all the suggestions guys!
