First off, need to have the drivers that was designed for 6.5, wont' be able to use OS7 drivers.. why downgrade? If you want 1GHz CPU, then get HD2 which has 6.5 and can put on 6.5.3. If you need to have QWERTY keyboard, then get HTC Touch Pro 2, and overclock CPU to reasonable rate.. around 700MHz...
