Whats weird is I can get it to launch from File explorer or Total commander just fine by clicking the link.

Maybe its because they have a read only attribute on them.. Anyone know how to remove the readonly attribute?

Copy the .LNK files to a temporary location (maybe \TEMP or something). Now copy them back overwriting the originals. The Read Only should be gone. I forgot I had done this in case I messed up my original links.
