Just an update to previous post regarding transfer time.

My $91 SanDisk 32GB microSDHC Class 2 card arrived from Amazon w/free shipping in 3 days. I put it in my TP, set the ActiveSync/Data option to data, and copied my entire 8G card (mp3s, videos, and apps) onto it in the time it took to read half my email. Then I copied the 7G of data I lost when my 16G card crashed (from a BU on one of my external hard drives) by the time I finished my email. The card is now just under half full. Transfer time: about 1 to 1.5 hours. Not going to set any speed records, but if you copy your data in the background, it's relatively painless.
